Voice & Body Workshop: Experience Day

Join us for an engaging and transformative 3-hour workshop designed to help you discover the power of your voice and body expression. We invite you to embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment through this unique exploration of body & communication. We’d like you to experience with us how LIGHT, EASY communication can be & experience how a strong voice looks like.

Our goal will be to connect to our own voices, bodies and to each other & play & explore these together

Why join us?

This introductory workshop will focus on specific aspects of voice & body work. We’ll provide insights into improving vocal and physical presence by different exercises, games & practical tools (which can be implemented in everyday life).

You’ll meet the following topics:

– BODYWORK, body awareness, experimenting with the borders of the body & directions, grounding
– FOCUS & concentration exercises
– IMAGINATION : How imagination can help us stay in focus and do our best
– VOICE: vocal warm-up & warm-up of the facial muscles, the tongue – everything required for light communication
– RESONANCE & VIBRATION

Through the movement and voice technique exercises, we will take a deeper look into such and similar questions:

Where is my focus in everyday life? How can I direct my attention better?
How can I connect easily with myself and the others?
How does a playground for adults look like?
How can I be HERE and NOW?
How can I forget the goal-oriented approach and just enjoy the entire process/journey?
How can I let myself to make mistakes and have a good laugh about them?

Practical information

No prior training is required to attend our workshops. Just bring your curiosity!
We work in small groups
We work barefoot
Bring comfortable training clothes! (light, airy pants and T-shirt)
You will get tired after the workshop, but you'll survive
The workshop will be in English
