Group Training for Voice and Body
Free voice in a free body
What can you expect from our trainings?

The structure of the training
During the training sessions, first, we warm up our body and senses. We prepare for the work with our voices. We will focus on breathing and voice production, as these are the pillars of stable, well-directed speech.

The goals of the training
We are playful creatures, who like to be in the moment and have a good time. The body is happy when it can function well and leave its toxic, non-functioning patterns behind. Our goal is to connect to our own voices, bodies and to each other in a playful manner.

What happens during/after the training?
You allow yourself to make mistakes more easily. You start to really show yourself in everyday situations. You learn to pay attention to yourself and to the others. You will learn to let go of your goal-oriented approach to life – and you’ll start to enjoy the whole process instead.
Is this training for me?
You are in the exact right place if:
You want to learn how to pay great attention to yourself and to the others
You want to get out of your head and be present in your body
You want to communicate more clearly, precisely with full confidence
You would like to play & act freely
You want to connect more easily to other people
Who lead this training?
Fruzsina Horváth, actress, acting coach
Rita Bura, speech-language therapist, voice coach
We come from two areas that move side by side, yet intertwine at many points, and from their crossing something truly special is born.
Our cooperation is mainly focused on the research of how inner experiences and energies manifest in the actions of the body and movement. It is very important in our joint work that we act as partners and we search for ways for how speech therapy and theater training can support each other.
