Voice & Body Training
STEK OOST – Ringslangpad 1, 1098 KB Amsterdam
19:00 – 21:00 (Saturday, June 21.)
In a conscious process everybody is equal. In this situation the individual can develop in a very fast and joyful way, and their qualities working in a group, collaborating with others will develop also. We aim to build a stronger community by creating shared experiences.
This method improves group dynamics, develops soft skills and self confidence. It provides a safe space for personal growth without judgement. By enhancing your resilience and communication skills, we contribute to preparing you for a job and other social opportunities, and most importantly, engaging more comfortably in daily life. (by paying more attention to yourself, your body).
Integration is not just about learning a new language, it’s about finding your voice, expressing yourself with confidence, and feeling comfortable in your new environment.
A 1-2 hours of playing & experimenting TOGETHER.
